This is an action arising out of an abandoned project for the construction of a supermarket. Plaintiff, a concrete contractor, performed under its contract with defendant partnership from December 1, 1987 until June 17, 1988, when plaintiff was advised by individual defendant Baldwin that the project would be suspended until further notice due to a lawsuit against defendant Bridgemarket.
