This is a "Lemon Law" case. Mark R. and Anna K. Church appeal from a judgment dismissing their claims against Chrysler Corporation. The Churches purchased a vehicle from Chrysler which proved to be a "lemon." The Churches allege that Chrysler failed to comply with the requirements of the Lemon Law, § 218.015, STATS., by: (1) failing to provide a refund within thirty days of their offer to transfer title...
