This suit involves a quiet title action. David L. Bohannon appeals from a summary judgment granted in favor of Christopher J. Pierce and Paula J. Pierce. On appeal, Bohannon contends that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment because he had a valid judgment lien against the real property that was the subject of the quiet title action. We disagree and affirm.
