MEMORANDUM OPINION RE MOTION FOR JUDGMENT

HINES, United States Magistrate Judge.

Plaintiff won a jury verdict after a trial on the merits.1 Now pending is plaintiff's motion for judgment wherein he requests the court to order defendant to pay the amount awarded by the jury, $3,000, plus prejudgment interest, attorney's fees of $23,025 and costs of $3,001.85.
