Appellant James Michael McGrath seeks reversal of his conviction for solicitation of a child to engage in sexual conduct in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.352, subd. 2 (1996), for an incident in which he approached a twelve-year-old boy, D.W., and began discussing his own sexual practices and sexual anatomy as a young boy, while simultaneously pointing at his own genitals and bumping into D.W.'s hip.
