Defendants Lawrence Earl Gadomski and Anthony Gadomski were tried in a joint trial before a single jury. Defendant Lawrence Gadomski was convicted of one count of firstdegree criminal sexual conduct (CSC I), M.C.L. § 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2), and found not guilty of three counts of CSC I. He was sentenced as an habitual offender, fourth offense, M.C.L. § 769.12; MSA 28.1084, to twenty to sixty years...
