STREIT, J.

Montez Shortridge appeals the judgment and sentence following his conviction for first-degree murder. He claims there was insufficient evidence to support the jury's verdict, the district court erred by admitting hearsay testimony, his due process rights were violated when the district court admitted prior bad acts evidence, and the district court erred by failing to give a limiting instruction on the prior bad acts evidence.
