Jayson Fox and Roger Miller were charged in a one count indictment with receiving, possessing, transporting, storing, bartering, selling, and disposing of stolen explosives, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 842(h) and 2. Fox pleaded guilty to the indictment. After a sentencing hearing, the district court imposed a sentence of 30 months imprisonment and three years of supervised release.
