ALITO, Circuit Judge:

Jesse Kithcart appeals from a judgment in a criminal case. Kithcart pled guilty to one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), but he reserved his right to appeal the district court's decision on his motion to suppress the firearm in question.
