Following an out-of-state automobile accident, appellant Richard LeBeau entered into a minor settlement on behalf of his minor daughter, and then sued his Minnesota no-fault insurer, respondent John Deere Insurance Company (John Deere), claiming entitlement to benefits for medical expenses incurred after the settlement.
