Defendants moved to dismiss pursuant to G.S. § 1A-1, Rule 12(b)(6) for plaintiff's failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Plaintiff appeals from an order granting defendants' motion and dismissing the complaint, and from an order denying her subsequent motion for reconsideration or a new hearing.<...
