Plaintiffs originally filed this declaratory judgment action in the 306th Judicial District Court of Galveston County, Texas on May 11, 1998. Defendants removed the action to this Court on May 21, 1998, alleging federal subject matter jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1350, the Alien Tort Statute. Now before the Court is Plaintiffs' Motion to Remand, filed May 27, 1998.
