¶ 1 Appellants Ronald Proctor and Robert Olson were convicted following a jury trial of one count of conspiracy and four counts of fraudulent scheme and artifice. The state alleged that eight real estate transactions constituted acts in furtherance of the conspiracy, four of which were the bases of the fraudulent scheme and artifice counts.
