This action arises out of the alleged trespass of defendants Harry R. Leveris, and wife, Betty W. Leveris, upon the property of plaintiffs Phil Moore, his wife, Linda Moore, W.R. Moore, and his wife, Elaine Moore. Plaintiffs and defendants are adjoining landowners.
