Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.

The court properly determined that the prior order of the Family Court, Orange County, should be modified, since joint custody requires relatively stable, amicable parents behaving in a mature, civilized fashion (see, Braiman v Braiman, 44 N.Y.2d 584, 589-590; see also, Bliss v Ach, 56 N.Y.2d 995
