OPINION AND ORDER

FUSTE, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Rodolfo Vidal-Soto, his wife, Nylsa Franqui-Olivera, and their conjugal partnership, bring this action against Defendants, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya-Puerto Rico (BBVPR) and Insurance Company A, pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 623, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, 42 U .S.C. § 2000e, and Puerto Rico's Law 100, 29 L.P.R.A. § 146
