This is an appeal by Tamera Ihle from a decree for dissolution of her marriage to Gary Ihle. The district court granted primary physical care of the parties' son to Gary. Tamera challenges the award of physical care on appeal and further claims she was denied due process of law when the district court imposed rigid time limitations on the length of the hearing.
