Plaintiff-appellant, Badrich Abbas, appeals a decision of the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division. The domestic relations court found that it had had no authority to enter its May 28, 1985 judgment, which awarded child support for appellant's son James Awad Abbas, age twentysix at the time. The court concluded that the May 28, 1985 judgment was void and vacated it.
