The appellant, Larry W. Midkiff ("Midkiff") appeals a November 6, 1997, order of the Circuit Court of Wood County. The circuit court awarded Midkiff his costs, including expert fees, following a jury verdict in Midkiff's favor in a case against the appellee, Huntington National Bank ("the Bank").
