This case involves the transportation of marijuana from Texas to Illinois commencing in October 1994. Defendant Felix Delacruz was not involved until January 16, 1995.

On November 2, 1994, Felix Solis, Ignasio Ramirez and Raul Tijerina delivered 60 pounds of marijuana to undercover police officers in Kankakee, Illinois, for $48,000. On November 9 they delivered another 72 pounds of marijuana...
