INTRODUCTION Roger Jackson suffered an on-the-job injury while employed by J.W. Brewer Tire Co. (Brewer Tire). Travelers Insurance Company (Travelers), the workers' compensation insurer for Brewer Tire, paid benefits to Jackson in the amount of $133,152.91.
