Boll appeals from a Lawrence County Probate Court's judgment that granted executor Janis Boll Compton's motion to dismiss Stacey's exceptions to the executor's final account because Stacey did not have standing to invoke the jurisdiction of the court.1 On appeal, Stacey contends that the trial court inappropriately granted the executor's motion to dismiss based on Ollick v.
