This bankruptcy action was brought by Plaintiff, Carlisle County Fiscal Court ("Carlisle County"), for a determination that the debt of the Debtor/Defendant, Thomas L. Maxwell ("Debtor"), be excepted from discharge, under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(7).
