KANNE, Circuit Judge.

Sneed sued various police officers and the City of Chicago under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and Illinois common law for malicious prosecution, false arrest, false imprisonment, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The district court dismissed Sneed's federal claims as barred by the statute of limitations and his state law claims without prejudice. We affirm.
