Appellant Christopher Collins challenges his convictions of two counts of felony harassment on the grounds that (a) two acts cannot constitute acting "repeatedly" under the statute, (b) the district court erred in allowing reference at trial to a prior harassment conviction to which Collins stipulated, and (c) the jury instructions were improper.
