On April 29, 1998, Richard Maack entered a guilty plea before this court on two counts of mail fraud, two counts of wire fraud, and one count of bank fraud. Pending sentencing on these counts, this court ordered the defendant released on bail. See Order of the Court dated April 29, 1998.
