Appellant, State of Minnesota, petitions this court to review a decision of the court of appeals holding that the state failed to file an amended criminal complaint against respondents Joan Nerz and Phoenix Medical Services, Inc. within the time period prescribed by an order permitting the state to file an amended complaint. We reverse and in so doing give effect to the plain meaning of the phrase "working days" as contained...
