This action is before the court on the plaintiffs' May 19, 1998 motion to remand this case to the Circuit Court for Shenandoah County, Virginia wherein it was filed and from which it was removed by the defendant on petition filed on April 9, 1998. Defendant opposes remand on the basis that a federal question is involved in this litigation, and that even if jurisdiction here is not exclusive...
