Kenneth Alexander was convicted by a jury on eleven counts of bankruptcy fraud and two counts of mail fraud, and the district court sentenced him to a prison term of 32 months. Four of the bankruptcy counts were brought under 18 U.S.C. § 157 and involved various frauds committed by Alexander in connection with a bankruptcy petition filing business...
