Appellant Stan Williamson challenges the trial court's summary judgment that dismisses his malicious prosecution action. The court held that appellant was collaterally estopped from relitigating the issue of whether respondent Scott Fetzer Company had a reasonable basis for filing an earlier suit against him in federal district court.
