This matter comes before the court on a motion by defendants to dismiss plaintiffs' antitrust claims, Counts V and VI of plaintiffs' complaint, for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). In short, plaintiffs allege that defendant insurers engaged in a group boycott when they collectively refused to write plaintiffs a new insurance policy unless plaintiffs...
