After a jury-waived trial in the Quincy District Court, the defendant was found guilty on a complaint charging him with indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of fourteen. See G. L. c. 265, § 13H. The defendant had presented an expert witness who testified that, in his opinion, the defendant had "substantial difficulties" conforming his behavior to the requirements of the law.
