CURETON, Judge:

Troy Cleveland Lowery appeals his conviction of driving under the influence, third offense. The charge arose out of a single truck accident. We affirm.1

FACTS

On November 9, 1995, a single truck accident occurred on a rural road in Laurens County. No one witnessed the accident. Marla Warning (Warning), a resident of the area, saw Lowery walking along the road near the truck immediately after the accident...
