This is an unemployment benefits case pursuant to the Kansas employment security law, K.S.A. 44-701 et seq. The Kansas Employment Security Board of Review (Board) appeals the district court's decision denying unemployment benefits to Larry Rebarchek, the former employee of Farmers Cooperative Elevator and Mercantile Association (Farmers).
