PARKER, Circuit Judge:

Gene, Lucinda, Jonathan, Deona, and George Ragas (hereinafter "Ragas") appeal from the district court's order granting Koch Gateway Pipeline Company (hereinafter "Koch") summary judgment and the district court's order denying Ragas' motion to remand. Finding no error, we affirm.
