SHUMAKER, Judge.

The district court found that the Minneapolis Fire Department's 1991 fire captain's examination had a statistically significant adverse impact on minority firefighters and awarded damages to minority firefighter Brian Kohn, who took the test but was not promoted. The fire department appeals, contending that the statute of limitations bars Kohn's claim and that the record did not support the finding of disparate impact or the award...
