A jury found Charles Alexander guilty of violating 18 U.S.C. § 922(g), knowing possession of a firearm that traveled in interstate commerce by a convicted felon. The district court denied Alexander's motion for a new trial and sentenced him to 87 months imprisonment followed by three years supervised release.
