Defendant appeals as of right from the trial court's order granting plaintiff's motion for summary disposition. We affirm.

Plaintiff loaned Traditions, Ltd. $350,000 for business purposes after defendant, who is president and sole shareholder of Traditions, personally guaranteed repayment of the loan.
