In this action brought pursuant to the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3604, The Fair Housing Council of Suburban Philadelphia ("FHC") appeals an order of the district court granting a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict filed by Acme Newspapers, Inc.
