William F. Grun ("Grun") brought suit against Pneumo Abex in April 1990, alleging Pneumo Abex breached both a Severance Compensation Agreement ("SCA") and a separate "Management Incentive Compensation Plan" ("MICP"). Grun also brought suit against PA Holdings Corp. and The Henley Group, Inc., alleging intentional interference with contractual relations.
