This appeal is brought by Dwane D. Bunten, appellant, from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Union County modifying a shared parenting plan.

Dwane and Cindy S. Bunten divorced in November 1993. Pursuant to their divorce decree, Dwane and Cindy shared the rights and responsibilities for the care of their two minor children, Myles and Breeann, in accordance with a shared parenting plan adjudged by the court to be in the children's best...
