The above-entitled cause is hereby transferred to the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division Two, with directions to vacate its previous judgment and to dismiss the petition for writ of mandate as moot in light of defendant's Missamore's violation of probation and consequent sentencing. Review in this court is hereby dismissed as moot.
