Before the Court is the Objection of Mitchell W. Miller, the Chapter 7 Trustee (the "Trustee") to Debtors' Exemptions. Specifically, the Trustee objects to the exemption claimed by Debtors in the potential proceeds of a personal injury lawsuit. The Debtors contend that this asset is exempt by reason of 42 Pa.C.S. § 8124(c)(7) which insulates the net amount payable under any accident or disability...
