The defendant, William F. Trotta, appeals from the judgment rendered for the plaintiff on his complaint and on the defendant's counterclaim after a trial to the court. In his complaint, the plaintiff, Jose De Jesus Suarez-Negrete, sought to recover funds entrusted to the defendant for the purpose of posting a bond to guarantee the plaintiffs appearance in proceedings before the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service...
