Bermudez appeals from a judgment of conviction after entering a guilty plea to one count of possession with intent to deliver cocaine contrary to § 161.41(1)(cm)3, STATS., 1993-94.1 On appeal, Bermudez renews his argument that the evidence seized as a result of the warrantless entry into his motel room should be suppressed as the "fruit of an unlawful entry."
