Denny's Street Shop ("appellant"), from a judgment of the Marion County Court of Common Pleas finding appellant liable to Charles and Tonyua Rasnick, d.b.a. Bennett & Sieg Auto Wrecking and d.b.a. The Rasnick Family Racing Team ("Rasnicks"), for $15,903.68 in damages for breach of a contract.
