Robert Macemon appeals from a circuit court order denying his writ of certiorari which challenged his parole revocation. In the writ, Macemon challenged the authority of the Department of Corrections (DOC) to require him to wear an electronic monitoring device, and brought several additional challenges to the procedure employed in the parole revocation process.
