On June 5, 1992, Richard Cicchese and Paul Reynolds, employees of the defendant Chaulk Services, Inc. (Chaulk), transported the plaintiff George Kippenhan (Kippenhan) by ambulance from New England Baptist Hospital to New England Deaconess Hospital for radiation therapy.
