This is a sequel to our opinion in Jaffee v. Redmond, 51 F.3d 1346 (7th Cir.1995)(Jaffee I). In Jaffee I we overturned a jury's verdict in favor of the plaintiff on her constitutional and Illinois Wrongful Death Act claims. See id. at 1357-58.
