The trial court entered judgment convicting Becky Eastman of manufacturing a controlled substance, an offense that carries a presumptive one-year minimum sentence of imprisonment.1 The court, however, withheld sentence and placed her on probation for five years, with a condition that she be confined in the Dane County jail for one year.
